“Bun Bo Hue” is a Vietnamese Spicy Udon soup and the Pho’s fiery cousin which were found in the Central of Vietnam. The broth was prepared by simmering cooking of various types of beef and pork bones, fresh pineapple including its juice and load of lemongrass at the low temperature. The bowl will be served alongside with a plate of shredded purple cabbage, banana blossoms, bean sprouts, mint leaves or other Vietnamese herbs. A customized side of fermented shrimp and additional of chili sauce.

The thick round rice noodle (udon) filled with savory broth, topped with slices of brisket, pieces of ham, hock, cubes of congealed pig’s blood and garnishes such as green onions, cilantro, thinly slices of white onions.
Thin round rice noodle topped up with choices of beef, grilled pork, grilled shrimps, egg-rolls served with bean sprouts, slices of cucumber, mint leaves, shredded of carrot pickles, peanuts and chili.
