What is Pho?
Phở (pronounced fuh) is the Vietnamese Pho rice noodles soup consisting of beef or chicken broth infused with herbs/ spices, rice noodles, chicken or beef, topped off with white and green onions, cilantro, and usually served with garnishes such as sprouts, basil, lime wedges and slices of jalapeño.
